I just want to know when does your hemorrhoid usually bleed? I've realized theres really no pattern to it. I could go a few days, to as long as a month without bleeding…I just started taking metamucil daily and im starting to work out because I am over weight which I know does not help the fact that I have a hemorrhoid. Which foods should I be trying to eat to reduce the chance I can have a bad bowel movement that will upset my hemorrhoid?
By the way, I had a doctor look examine me, and he did say it was definitely an external one.
