never drink milk when you haver hemmorrhoid. It's stupid. It's very hard to digest. I noticed that my hemmorhoids is much much better if i don't drink milk.
Drinking fruitjuices isn't such a good idea either. It's full of sugar. You should blend the fruit with water. This drink is much richer in fiber than the fake juices. (Or you can simply eat the apples…). The best thing you can do with your hemmorhoids to eat whole foods, drink plenty of mineral water and avoid drinking milk.

Another source of free information is the UKs National Health Service's Clinical Knowledge Summaries. Search on "cks library" to get to the website. Then click on H then Haemorrhoids then Detailed Answers. Read the Advice and Treatments Recommended sections.

Experienced chemists can be very helpful.

For me drinking plenty of water (the lighter the colour of your urine the less dehydrated you are), a high fibre diet, and Normacol work. When things have settled down walking is also good.

How about drinking Tropicana (or some other "real" fruit juice) and milk that's less managed?

Some people can manage (raw) wholemilk better, but I can't take it neither. Monitor yourself! Tropicana or any other "real 100%" fruit juice is not a good option neither. They are made from fruit concentrate by diluting them with water so they aren't the real stuff. If you want to drink real fruite juice,just make it yourself. But it remains pure, But at least it has some nutrients. Don't fear real fat or anything as long as you stick with real foods. This is my advice and it really helped me.
