Simple Cure for Bleeding Hemorrhoids

bleeding hemorrhoid
Jim Zimmermann asked:

In this article , I am going to talk about a problem that effects up 75% of adults at some time in their lives. While it can be embarassing to talk about, the problem is called hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids are dilated (enlarged) veins which occur in and around the **** and rectum. There are two basic kinds of hemorrhoids, internal and external. Internal hemorrhoids can be felt and seen as lumps or knots. Internal hemorrhoids remain inside the rectum and therefore cannot be felt or seen.

If you have any of the following symptoms; blood on your toilet paper, itching in your anus/rectal area, or pain or constipation during bowel movements, there is a good chance you are experiencing hemorrhoids.  Even though hemorrhoids and bleeding hemorrhoids are very common, they are also very annoying and embarrassing.

With severe hemorrhoids, they can fall out like a lump outside your bottom. So what are some common mistakes that people make which contribute to developing this common condition? Even if you have hemorrhoids already, avoid the following 4 mistakes and start relieving the problem gradually.

Mistake #1: Eating Too Much Processed Food

This is probably the toughest thing for most people. However, it's known that processed foods create harder stool and troubles in digestion. Processed foods can lead to constipation and other issues which can lead to hemorrhoids. The key here, especially when you are suffering and trying to find a cure for bleeding hemorrhoids, is to lower your intake of processed sugars and foods.

Mistake #2: Sedentary Lifestyle

A lot of long term sitting can create additional pressure on the bottom area and this invokes the perfect environment for a hemorrhoid to occur if combined with a sharp force such as constipation or pregnancy (in women). The solution is to make sure you do not sit for over 1 hour at a time. Take breaks and do light exercise while remembering to do stretches that help to promote healthy blood flow. Increasing your movement and decreasing the amount time sitting, will help lead to a cure for bleeding hemorrhoids.

Mistake #3: Intake Of Processed Medication And Creams

This creates the same potential problem as processed foods. Even many of the fiber supplements contain processed and artificial elements that can create side-effects elsewhere, and lastly they are not even attacking the root of the problem here. The other downside of these creams is that they are not a cure for bloody hemorrhoids, they only give short term, topical relief.

Mistake #4: Not Enough Fiber and Water

The diets of many people, especially Americans, do not contain enough fiber. We are eating too much fast and processed foods and not enough high fiber foods. With all of the drinks available to us, especially soda, people are not drinking enough water. These two things are leading to hardening of our bowel movements which puts a lot strain on the blood vessels around our ****.

So try to avoid these 4 mistakes and they will help you avoid the commone problem  of bleeding hemorrhoids. It's very important to understand these problems in our modern lifestyle of sedentary office work, fast food, and processed, convenient diets are very common.  By taking steps to change your lifestyle, you will you will be helping to create a cure for bleeding hemorrhoids.
